This is a workshop on track reconstruction, tracking detectors with embedded intelligence and pattern recognition in sparsely sampled data. While the main focus will be on High Energy Physics (HEP) detectors, the workshop is intended to be inclusive across other disciplines wherever similar problems arise. Synergistic contributions from outside HEP on the topics listed below as well as machine learning, data mining and big data are welcome.
