Information:
This is a serial, multidisciplinary conference, initiated by the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics (Kiev), and continued in close collaboration with JINR (Dubna). The topics of the conference include new experimental and theoretical results with much time provided for informal discussions. The number of participants is typically 80, both from East and West, young and experienced. Entry visas are not required for most of the "developed" countries - from Europe, Russia, both Americas, Japan, South Korea etc.
